Client Challenge:
Hydraulic systems on tower cranes and concrete pumps were frequently failing due to heat buildup and hose surface cracking under long-term sun exposure. Hoses from previous suppliers aged within 4–5 months.

SANYEFLEX Solution:
We recommended our 4SP high-pressure spiral hose with a heat-resistant outer cover, imported from the U.S., capable of withstanding +125°C continuous temperature and UV-treated to resist sun aging.

Results:
The hoses maintained elasticity and surface integrity even after 7 months of outdoor use under the scorching UAE sun. The customer now plans to switch all hoses to SANYEFLEX for future projects.
